Advanced Professional Orientation

Choosing a profession before knowing yourself costs years.

Five weeks that start with the person, not a list of professions. Interests, strengths, values and expectations first - then the study path and the career that actually fit them.

Why I do this work

A choice made at seventeen can take fifteen years to unpick.

Choosing a profession too early, without understanding yourself, costs years of energy, confidence and direction. I know because I did it - I picked at nineteen and spent fifteen years succeeding at something that was never mine.

This program is that repair work, delivered early - before the fifteen years.

Who this is for

Two people in the room.

Β

The student

β€œI don't know what to study.”

β€œMy parents want something I don't.”

β€œI'm scared of wasting years on the wrong thing.”

You leave knowing what actually interests you, and with two or three directions you can test in real life.

The parent

β€œHelp them choose - without choosing for them.”

β€œI want them to avoid my mistakes, not repeat my choices.”

β€œWhat if they waste three years?”

You get a clear picture of their strengths and a way to support the decision without pressure. A direction chosen under parental pressure gets abandoned - usually in the second year.

The program

Self-connection β†’ What is mine β†’ What is not β†’ Priorities β†’ Decisions β†’ Direction

What interests you

In their own words - not a test result or a ranked list of professions.

What's yours

Separated from family expectation, prestige and friends' opinions.

Two or three directions

Checked against real study paths and entry requirements.

A way to reconsider

A method they can reuse at 22, at 30, whenever life changes.

What this isn't.

Not a career test

No questionnaire deciding you should be a logistics manager (for example).

Not therapy

We work with what you want and where it fits, not with your past.

Not the parents' plan

Parents are involved and informed. The thinking is young peoples.

Nobody tells you what to be

I ask better questions than most people will. You answer them.

Who runs it

I do this program because I wish I'd had it.

I'm Ros Kasilov - a Transactional Analysis practitioner and the founder of Agora School, where I create practical programs that help people understand themselves better, make stronger decisions, and build a life that feels genuinely theirs.

I do this program because I wish I had something like it when I was younger. A space to understand who I was, what I was good at, and what direction actually fit me - before making major life choices.

I've already worked with 100+ students online and delivered programs for teenagers in Europe, including through a Red Cross-affiliated setting in Vienna.
