One essential skill was missing
We learned how to achieve. Not how to know what we actually want.
We learned how to study, work, adapt, perform and meet expectations. But very few of us were taught how to:
Recognize our own yes and no.
Not what sounds reasonable. What actually feels right.
Separate desire from pressure.
Family, status, comparison, expectations, fear.
Know what genuinely matters.
Before another goal, job or project fills the space.
Make decisions with ourselves included.
So intelligent, capable adults can spend years moving forward while quietly building a life that does not fully feel like theirs.
Inner Compass was created to fill that gap.
The cost
Wrong direction is expensive.
A wrong choice does not have to destroy your life to become expensive.
Small decisions compound.
Time
Years spent maintaining work, projects or roles you already know are finished.
Money
Resources invested into goals you never genuinely wanted.
Attention
Overthinking, comparison and constantly asking other people what you should do.
Personal energy
Carrying obligations, relationships and commitments that keep taking more than they give.
The question is not only:
“Can I do this?”
It is also:
“Does this deserve a piece of my life?”
Insight is not a skill
You can understand yourself today and lose the connection again next week.
A strong realization can feel obvious in the moment.
Then work starts.
Someone gives you advice.
Fear appears.
Expectations return.
You compare yourself.
The old pattern takes over again.
Inner Compass is not built around giving you one more realization. You train a repeatable way to return to yourself, recognize your own signal and make a decision from there.
The answer may change. The tool stays with you.
Your inner signal
Learn what “mine” actually feels like.
You already recognize yourself from the outside. Your face. Your voice. The way you move.
But there is another kind of recognition many of us never learned.
How do I feel inside when something is genuinely mine?
What does a real yes feel like?
What does a real no feel like?
You begin learning what happens inside you when you are deeply interested, involved or moving toward something that matters. And you learn one crucial distinction:
Is this a real no - or am I simply afraid?
This internal reference becomes the center of your Inner Compass.
5 weeks · 10 live sessions
Build it step by step.
Week 1
Feel
Recognize your real yes and no.
Learn your inner signal and begin separating your own responses from pressure, expectations and automatic behavior.
Week 2
Filter
Know what belongs in your life - and what does not.
Build your No List, red lines, values, principles and personal criteria.
Week 3
Discover
Map what genuinely pulls you.
Deep interests, recurring attractions, strengths and the things that consistently create involvement, energy and curiosity. Begin seeing where your actual passion may live.
Week 4
Zoom out
See your life without the immediate pressure.
Your current stage, repeating patterns, resources, possible paths and what may already have expired. Step outside the current problem and see the larger picture.
Week 5
Decide
Turn your Compass into real choices.
Work with fear, use the decision matrix, choose priorities and convert what you know about yourself into action.
What you leave with
Not just something you understand. Something you can use.
Every part of the program creates a practical piece of your own navigation system.
Build your own Inner Compass
Stop depending on the next moment of clarity.
Build a system you can return to when the decision is small, complicated or life-changing.

Insight matters when it changes what you do on Tuesday.
Every live session gives you something to use in your actual life.
You observe.
How you react when something is genuinely yours - and when it is not.
You test.
Real choices, real situations, real decisions.
You practice.
Short exercises between sessions strengthen the skill instead of leaving it as an interesting idea.
You apply.
The Compass to things already happening in your life.
You do not need to disappear for three months and “find yourself.” You train the skill while living your normal life.
One compass. Very different decisions.
A small choice tonight, or the next ten years.
- •Do I want to go there tonight?
- •Should I say yes to this project?
- •Do I want this job - or only the status attached to it?
- •Is this relationship still mine?
- •Should I move? Do I want to keep building this business?
- •What deserves the next chapter of my life?
The size of the decision changes. The skill does not.
What changes
The goal is not to become certain about everything. It is to stop being completely dependent on noise outside you.
Before
“I need someone to tell me what to do.”
You collect opinions until your own signal disappears.
“I don't know whether this is fear or a bad decision.”
Everything starts to feel equally confusing.
“I should want this.”
The rational argument is strong, but something inside keeps resisting.
“Maybe I just need another goal.”
You keep moving without checking whether the direction is actually yours.
With an Inner Compass
I can recognize my own signal.
I know my non-negotiables and criteria.
I can zoom out before reacting.
I can distinguish fear from a genuine no.
I know what deserves my resources now.
You do not get a perfect map of the rest of your life. You get a way to navigate when the map changes.
Who it is for
You do not have to be lost.
Inner Compass is for adults who function, work, achieve and make decisions - but want a stronger internal reference for what is actually theirs.
Maybe you have already done therapy.
Maybe you have worked with a coach.
Maybe you have read dozens of books and understand your patterns very well.
That knowledge can be valuable. But the practical question remains:
Can you use what you know about yourself when a real decision is in front of you?
That is what we train.
In their words
What changes when you start hearing yourself differently.
“My thoughts were chaotic and tension constant - the clarity I got changed everything. I saw my path so clearly that I immediately started making decisions that felt truly mine.”
Matt
At a career turning point
“The exercises showed me how much I was living by others' expectations. For the first time, I understood what I truly want. My goals finally feel like mine - I wake up with energy instead of doubt.”
Elena
Agora School
“I'd been using my job to run from myself. When I allowed myself to choose me in my own life, it clicked immediately and everything else came as a waterfall. Now I'm in my new chapter.”
Senior manager
Mid-program
“For years I jumped between ideas, jobs, and passions. This helped me connect the dots into one clear direction. It's a mirror that shows who you are beneath the noise.”
Noah
Agora School
“I'm in my fifties and was skeptical - that changed fast. I realized which identity can carry me into my next chapter and how I want to spend the last third of my life.”
Orson
In his fifties
“Five years I'd been burning myself out on this project. And then these two months changed everything - how I see, how I think and how I act. Now I really have my direction.”

Why I built Inner Compass
I needed this skill myself.
I'm Ros Kasilov. I knew how to work hard, achieve and prove myself - but for years I didn't really know what I wanted.
Reaching goals often left me more disconnected, not more fulfilled.
That struggle became a long path of personal work, study and practice. Today I'm a Transactional Analysis practitioner and founder of Agora School.
I built Inner Compass around the skill I wish I had learned much earlier: how to hear myself, recognize what is genuinely mine, and turn that connection into real choices and direction.

You do not need to have your life figured out before you start. That is exactly what we are here to work on.
Questions before you join
Straight answers.
+ What if I still have no idea what I want?
That is not a prerequisite. It is one of the main reasons to do the program. We begin with the ability to feel and recognize your own responses, before asking you to define a major direction.
+ I already understand myself quite well. Will this repeat what I know?
Possibly some themes will be familiar. But Inner Compass is not primarily about gaining more psychological information - it is about turning self-understanding into a system you can use when actual decisions appear.
+ Is this therapy?
No. Inner Compass is a structured educational and practical program focused on self-understanding, decisions and personal navigation. If you are dealing with trauma, severe depression or a psychological crisis, work with an appropriate mental-health professional first.
+ Is this only for major career or life decisions?
No - the point is exactly the opposite. You train one system and begin using it across different levels of life: everyday choices, work, relationships, projects and major transitions.
+ How much work is there between sessions?
The work is practical and designed to fit into normal life. You receive short exercises and observation practices that help you test what we discuss between meetings. The purpose is not to create more homework - it is to train the skill.
+ What if what I really want turns out to be difficult or inconvenient?
Inner Compass does not push you to make dramatic changes. First you learn to see what is actually happening. Then you zoom out and examine fear, consequences, resources and reality. Connection with yourself is the starting point; sober decision-making comes next.
+ What if I miss a live session?
[Your recording and make-up policy.]
+ How do I know this is the right moment?
There is rarely a clean moment. But if you are currently making a decision - or avoiding one - that is usually the strongest signal. The skill is easiest to train while something real is actually in front of you.
Still unsure? Write to me and ask directly.
Know what is yours. Choose it. Build from there.
