When buying is the only tool you reach for.
Something feels wrong, so you buy something. It works for an hour - then the feeling comes back, and so does the next purchase.
Buying is fine for some things. But you've been using it to answer needs it can't touch: meaning, direction, becoming who you want to be.
This isn't about spending less. It separates what you want to own from what you want to live. One page, about fifteen minutes.
Where should I send it?

What you do
Your last few purchases, read honestly.
01
List what you bought
The last handful, including the ones you'd rather not mention.
02
Name what you wanted
Not the object. The feeling you were buying with it.
03
Check if it arrived
How long the feeling lasted, and what came back after it.
04
Find what it was standing in for
Underneath most purchases is a want no purchase can reach.
Nobody is asking you to give anything up. Only to notice what you were actually shopping for.
Who made this
I know this state because I lived in it.
I worked hard, achieved things, and kept proving myself - but still felt lost, disconnected, and strangely empty. What changed my life was learning to hear myself again and separate what was truly mine from what I was chasing for approval.
That is why I create these exercises. I believe even one small, honest practice can help you reconnect with yourself and see your next step more clearly.
