The No List

When "what do you want?"goes blank.

Ask yourself what you want and you get fog. Desire is hard to reach head-on - but refusal is sharp. You know what drains you, what you're done with, what you'd never choose again.

So we start there.

Inside

  • you name what you absolutely don't want, in plain words
  • you find the reason under each no - what it's protecting
  • you flip each one into its opposite - the quiet yes hiding behind it
  • you collect the ones that land as the first entries in your real desires

A short written exercise. You reach what you want through what you don't.
